My bedroom is about the safest place in the world to me. Its a small and narrow room with wooden floors and an angled ceiling. There's a bed at one end of the room with a TV stand a few feet from the end of the bed. On the stand sits a black TV, an Xbox, a record that I love and a stack of Calvin and Hobbes books. Adjacent to the bed is a cheap Walmart desk where the laptop I barely use sits, along with a row of CD's. On the opposite wall stands a big wooden bookshelf filled the an embarrassingly big movie collection. There's a small set of weights next to this, and an unused coffee table with a cribbage board drilled into it next to that.
Well, there's a description, but where's the safety in all that? The point here is to explain the effect of the place on your emotions, to explain why it's your safety and sanctuary. Instead you're 'answering' the prompt as if we care about your room and needed to know what it looked like. Make us care, explain to us in a rewrite why this is safe, why these books, CDs etc spell 'home' to you. So, no, not done here yet.
